Outlook 2007 doesn't support multiple Exchange accounts in one profile but you can add additional accounts to your profile as IMAP. If you are only using for email and don't need to sync calendar and contacts to your desktop, setting the account up as an IMAP account could be a better option. You can access your email with any email client that supports IMAP, including Outlook 2011, Thunderbird, and more. You can use IMAP or POP3 with accounts if you don't want to use Microsoft Exchange, such as, if you only need email or are using Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 and more than one Exchange account. See " Migration Status" for the steps to remove the connector accounts and set it up as Exchange or IMAP. Outlook 2003 users will still need to use POP3 or IMAP. Outlook 2007 supports only one Exchange account and users with more than one or Exchange account in their profile will need to use IMAP for the additional accounts (or new profiles). Outlook 2007 users will be able to set the accounts up as Microsoft Exchange until October 31 2017, after which they will need to upgrade or use POP3 or IMAP. accounts can be configured as Exchange accounts in Outlook 2010 and up. To undo a rename, you must be in the country in which you created the account.All accounts are migrating to Office 365.If you rename an MSN account, you can’t undo the rename.However, in rare instances, you won’t be able to undo a rename: If you rename your account, you can go back to the original name within 30 days for most accounts. You’ll have to reset to factory settings which will make you lose all of your data and apps. And if you have a Windows Phone, just forget about renaming your account. I decided to save the emails sent in a separate folder. It will then ask you whether you want to create a new folder in address where it will save the emails sent on your old email address or keep them in inbox along with other emails. If the selected name is available, it will redirect you to your inbox. Just select the email address you want to use with and click on Save button. Next, you’re brought to so you can rename your account. Under Managing Your Account, click on Rename Your Email Address. It will open a new popup and will ask you to login again to verify your account. After logging in, click on the gear icon and select More Mail Settings. First, log in to with your Microsoft email account.
